PIRAEUS (GREECE) CONTAINER PORT IS BEING REDEVELOPED
Technum-Tractebel Engineering is conducting studies for the redevelopment of the Piraeus container port that will allow it to accommodate the Super Post-Panamax vessels.
These studies encompass the stability of the docks, the surfacing of the dock and the vessel mooring system for Pier II.
Technum-Tractebel Engineering is also set to conduct the studies for the new Pier III to accommodate the Super Post-Panamax ships, equipped with a fully-automatic container terminal as well as a dedicated area intended to host an oil terminal.
