My position within the Mechanical competency group at Nuclear gives me the opportunity to participate in many different projects, as project leader, expert or contract manager.
Although I have been working at Tractebel Engineering for two years now, I still learn something new every day, not just from the training courses and internal coaching but also from the sheer variety of my activities: budget estimates, placing orders for mechanical equipment, carrying out technical studies and so on. This has enabled me to acquire technical assurance very quickly and win recognition from customers and suppliers in areas that I previously didn’t know anything about.
With the confidence that the support within Tractebel Engineering brings, I find myself constantly expanding my own personal envelope and taking on new challenges.
